California Custom Sheds Incorporated Terms & Conditions
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on any of our storage sheds, products, merchandise, and/or labor.
Cancellations: If the deposit was placed with a credit card a 3% fee of the total deposit will be charged for all cancellations. A 10% Restocking-Fee will be charged to all orders not cancelled within 5 business days prior to the scheduled delivery/installation date. These fees will be deducted from the deposit.
Delinquency of Payment: All invoices not paid after 30 days of delivery/installation shall be subject to interest rate of 1.5% per month (18% annual percent rate). In the event that any legal action is necessary to collect, buyer shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including all attorney's fees & related costs.
California Custom Sheds Incorporated shall not be responsible to obtain the proper building permits, restrictive covenants, setback requirements from property lines, house, existing structures, streets, and height limitations, and all other codes and ordinances that may apply. Please contact your local planning & building department and your Home-Owners Association (HOA) concerning these matters before purchasing your shed. Obtaining the proper permits and choosing the correct size, height, and placement of shed is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or homeowner.
